Refund policy
All returns must be pre-approved by us prior to returning. Please email or call us to receive that approval. Refunds will only be honored after the item has been returned to us for inspection. We will then send a replacement item or issue the refund.
Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we may resolve the issue as soon as possible. Refunds for defective or damaged in shipment merchandise must be requested within 24 hours of receipt.
If your package is damaged in shipping please keep all packaging material. USPS(insured only) will want to see them to investigate the claim. If you DO NOT purchase insurance we can not be held liable for damages, for this reason we suggest you purchase insurance for your USPS packages.
We will do our best to find a solution, however we may choose to refuse the return. All decisions will be final.
Due to sanitary issues only defective or damaged watercolor shipments may be returned. Please contact us regarding any issues and we will do what we can to resolve the issue.
